Rumours have surfaced about the Microsoft Surface Pro 5--scheduled for October--Microsoft’s next Surface Pro will reportedly be an all-round upgrade from its predecessor and will improve many of the issues relating to Internet connectivity, battery life, error messages, blue screens and keyboard cover bug (that reported crashes some of the Surface Pro 4 tablets once the keyboard is removed) to name a few.

The Surface Pro 5 will reportedly have a rechargeable stylus battery that will drastically solve most of the tablet users problems.
The new addition will also have a larger battery; the Surface Pro 4 gave seven hours of battery life at best. The larger battery will be a nice addition to extend usability.

Reports say that the Surface Pro 5 will have a fingerprint scanner on the body of the device. The Surface Pro 4 integrated the fingerprint scanner on the keyboard meaning that users would have to shell out extra coin for added security.
Microsoft’s October-slated release of their new Surface Pro will also have a lighter and slimmer design meaning that it will be compact and light enough to carry around. Media reports say that the device will weigh less than 1.76 pounds.
According to Ecumenical News, the new tablets will come in two variations: 12.3-inch display model and a 13.3-inch display model with either a 2738x1824 resolution or with 4K resolution.
The devices will also reportedly come preloaded with Windows 10.1, packing a sixth generation Intel Skylake processor or a seventh generation Cannonlake processor. It will apparently come in 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB RAM variants coupled with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB internal storage options.
Microsoft has't made an official announcement meaning that all these ‘improvements’ are all speculated as of now. According to media reports the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will be release sometime in the third quarter of this year (most probably October) expected to be priced around $900 for basic models going up to $1,500 for the highest specifications.
